No matter what is your pleasure—you are sure to find it at the 2012 Big Lake Flea Market in Clarksville on Saturday, May 12! This year’s vendors are representing not only the local and surrounding area—but a number are coming from far away as Petersburg, Alexandria and Chesterfield & many from NC. Treat your tummy to delicious tastes including freshly picked strawberries straight from the patch, or some freshly made donuts, cupcakes, sourdough pancakes, baked goods, or perhaps, a funnel cake with delicious toppings. Still not tempted? Then, you may want to find Thai Food offerings & Philly cheese steaks, & more. After you’ve sampled the various delectable treats, you’ll want to visit the many other vendors that will be lining the streets of Virginia Avenue. There will be spring crafts and decorations, antiques and collectibles, handmade jewelry, furniture, household items, candles, lawn and yard ornaments, pottery, car care supplies, sun-setter awning display and a host of other great vendors. The Chamber will also be cleaning out its storage areas, so there will be an assortment of LAKEFEST t-shirts from the early 2000’s to 2010, Official ‘Lakefest Longaberger Baskets’ from 09 & 10 on sale, hats & much more!
