October 31, 5:30-7 pm, Downtown Clarksville, will be having its annual Safe Trick or Treating event. The Road from 2nd Street to 7th will be closed so that over 60 merchants and organizations will be set up along the curb to pass out their treats. RAIN Date is November 1st.
