We are rolling out the free shuttle service in Clarksville! Beginning in January this year the Chamber board has been planning and looking for a golf cart for this new service for our tourists.

We wanted to give them the opportunity to visit our Chamber Merchants along the route when they arrive at the town dock and need a lift to visit our chamber member stores. We found a six-person golf cart in late May and jumped on the purchase the cart.

It debuted at the 4^th of July parade with signage saying Free Shuttle coming soon. So after Lakefest weekend, we started Clark’s Caboose Shuttle service which will run 11-6 pm weather permitting on Fridays and Saturdays! We just ask the riders to please tip their volunteer.

We have been asking for volunteers to help drive the shuttle and are pleased with the turnout of interest. We would love to have more volunteers. They must complete an hour-long orientation and can sign up for a three-hour shift on weekends they are available.
