- For safety of all pilots, flights occur with select weather conditions.
- Should there be storms in a 60-mile radius, or winds locally greater than 10 mph–flights will be cancelled.
- Pilots will meet at the Clarksville Community Center on Woodland dr across from Food Lion lot around 6:30 to see the location of wind to determine where they will be lifting off.
