The Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce invites you to a day of fun and fantastic selling in Virginia’s only lakeside town. Our annual Big Lake Flea Market is May 10, 2025. We are seeking individuals, businesses and organizations who want to “GO GREEN” & “Raise Some Cash.” This is an excellent opportunity to recycle antiques and offer crafts, decorations, clothes and other items that need a new home.

Please register early to reserve a space.  They are issued on a first come-first served basis and spaces may fill up early. We also encourage participants offering baked goods, home grown products such as fresh produce, food vendors, and others. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS: (PER SPACE)

Registration deadline is May 5, 2025

No refunds after April 21, 2025

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT

Any application received after May 1, 2025 must be paid in full at time of registration for consideration.

Registrations will be processed and confirmation of space(s) will be provided after the registration deadline.

 

PRICES

Spaces are 10 x 10

Yard Sale Items: $30 (Must be yard sale items. No retail or craft items allowed)

Non-Profit Organization: $30

Commercial Vendor: $70

Craft Vendor: $50 (Must be craft and no yard sale items allowed)

Food Vendor: $90 for 10×10 $150 for 10×20

 

Clarksville Chamber Members ONLY Pricing:

Retail or Craft: $25 each

Food: $75 for 10×10 space or $95 for 10×20 space

Applications/registrations received without payment will be held as “pending” for 15 days. After 15 days without payment applications will be denied. This could affect acceptance for the festival if payment is not received with the application. First come and first paid basis.

  • Credit card payments require an additional fee which must be added (if not included, you will be billed for the remaining amount).
  • Spaces are located in the parking spaces along Virginia Avenue facing the sidewalk. We do not close the street for this event.
  • Tent spaces available for free-standing, non-staked tents.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables and electricity if needed.
  • Set-up must be completed by 8am on the day of the event. Vendor vehicles must be moved to a side street for parking after downloading your equipment and merchandise.
  • Food vendors are limited in number – be sure to request adequate spaces to accommodate your set-up.
  • Food Vendors must submit application to VDH to attend the Festival.
  • The Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for accidents/injuries during event.
