20th Annual Clarksville Lake Country Wine Festival Saturday, April 11, 2026

10 X 10 Space $75, 10 X 20 Space $150. Payment is due in full with your completed application. All applications received after March 30 will include an additional $10 fee. All fees are nonrefundable.

Vendors are responsible for full compliance with all State and ABC alcohol regulations.

Each vendor must provide proof of insurance covering participation in the event. A photocopy of the policy must accompany the application.

You must list all wines that you will be serving below.

This is an outdoor festival held in Clarksville, Virginia. Booth space is 10x10. You may purchase two spaces, if needed for $75 per space. Fees increase by $10 each after March 30, 2026.

Vendors must supply their own display racks, tents, tables, chairs, and any weather protection.

Vendors must keep their booth area clean and free of garbage, including bottles, corks, seals, and waste.

Vendor spaces will be arranged by chamber staff according to the order that applications are recieved, applications are paid, and what works best for the event flow.

Vendors will receive acceptance confirmation. Closer to Festival a vendor check-in information letter will be sent.

LAKE REGION

WELCOME TO LAKE COUNTRY

The natural beauty of this region has drawn people for centuries. Originally, the Lake Region was home to the Occoneechee tribe of Native Americans, and the site of a major trade path connecting the east coast to the interior of North America. While the Occoneechee were attacked and driven off the land in 1676 by British forces led by Nathaniel Bacon, the area would became a significant site for trade site again.

Settlers soon populated the Lake Region because it offered the perfect climate and soil for growing Virginia’s most important cash crop: tobacco. Throughout the 1700s, the region grew as farmers, laborers and merchants responded to the demand for tobacco.
