LakeFest Event
Classic car owners are invited to participate in the Annual Automobile Show during LakeFest as follows. Registered classic car show participants have car parking designated at Touchstone Bank on Virginia Avenue. Cars do not have to be a show-car to participate. Pre-registration is $10 per vehicle. Registration on the day of the event is $20 per vehicle. ALL vehicles must have a fire extinguisher. Rain or shine event – no refunds. Participants for every car entered receives an Annual Lake Festival Dash Plaque. Spaces are limited and processed upon receipt of completed application with full payment. The Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce has agreed for the applicant named below to participate in the Classic Auto Show during the Annual Lake Festival on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Space is reserved for applicant parking on private property belonging to Touchstone Bank in Clarksville, VA.

The Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce has agreed for the applicant named below to participate in the Classic Auto Show during the Annual Lake Festival on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Space is reserved for applicant parking on private property belonging to Touchstone Bank in Clarksville, VA.
By signing this application below, the applicant agrees to the following:
1. No products allowed on the designated property (inside or outside the vehicle) which will endanger property.
2. All vehicles MUST have a working fire extinguisher. If not, I will be asked to leave.
3. Participants will clean-up their area before departing and ensure no debris of any kind is left behind.
4. I understand and agree that the Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce and Touchstone Bank, including all directors, officers, agents, and employees will not be responsible for any liability that might occur during this show. Furthermore, I agree to hold the Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce and Touchstone Bank including all directors, officers, agents, and employees blameless from any claims, actions, or other actions resulting from my occupation of the above-mentioned property and any activities I may perform on that activity.
5. ALL vehicles must have a fire extinguisher.
6. Rain or shine event – no refunds.
