VENDORS AGREE TO STAY UNTIL 3PM. ANY VENDORS ARRIVING AFTER 9AM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET-UP AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. SPACES ARE LIMITED AND PROCESSED WITH APPLICATION ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. ***UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ON A FIRST-COME & FIRST-PLACED BASIS*** We will make every effort to provide the space requested; however, we reserve the right to adjust spaces to the best advantage of the vendors and flow of festival. Clarksville Chamber Members and Harvest Days Festival Sponsors will be given primary consideration. Deadline for Submission at regular price is September 19th and after that a late fee of $10.00 per space will be added. Applications received by the September 19th deadline will be notified of space number by email on September 26th. VENDOR DISPLAYS WILL BE IN THE PARALLEL PARKING SPACES along Virginia Avenue–set-up facing the sidewalk, stores and buildings. ⬧Vendors must supply their own tents and tables ⬧Electricity or water is NOT provided ⬧Vendors are responsible for picking up and removing their own trash & other surplus they have brought during the day. This is a rain or shine fundraising event–please make considerations for that–NO refunds will be given. Spaces are 10×10 unless you are registering for a food truck. Event is located in parking areas on Virginia Avenue. You agree that the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, this committee and their respective committees and volunteers will not be held responsible for loss or injury of any kind.
